About the role

The Service Manager will lead the Service Department, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while maintaining profitability and effective people management. This role is pivotal in driving the department’s performance and upholding Nissan Otis’s reputation for quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Service Department to achieve high customer satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in service operations.
• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving performance targets.
