About the role
SimCorp is looking for a Service Delivery Director to lead and evolve its Service Delivery Management function for SaaS clients across the APAC region. This senior position will shape how services are delivered, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Service Delivery Management team for APAC SaaS customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to evolve service delivery processes.
- Oversee regional delivery operations and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with SaaS clients, ensuring service quality and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in service delivery or similar functions.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
- Experience managing operations across multiple APAC markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
