Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate provides front‑line, over‑the‑counter banking services to customers in a Business Center. The role ensures transactions are processed accurately, complies with BSP and AMLA regulations, and supports the branch’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tellering, new‑account opening, and other over‑the‑counter functions in line with the Branch Operations Manual.
• Handle back‑room duties and ensure error‑free processing of transactions.
• Support the Service Manager by delivering fast, accurate service and maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Address customer queries and complaints promptly, including escalation of complex issues.
• Adhere to internal policies, BSP/AMLA regulations, and other external regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year degree program; a business‑oriented degree is an advantage.
• Ideally 1 year of experience in branch operations, though fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to work overtime and to be rotated or cross‑posted to other branches as needed.
• Sense of urgency, strong service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
