Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate will deliver accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center of a leading bank. The role requires strict adherence to internal policies, BSP and AML regulations, and a focus on risk mitigation while providing excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, check, and electronic transactions with zero errors.
• Maintain service standards such as line wait times and turnaround times.
• Ensure compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.
• Identify and address risk areas by applying bank policies and procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Perform administrative tasks delegated by the branch manager.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management, and analytical abilities.
• High level of security awareness and monitoring skills.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and able to engage effectively with customers.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and service excellence.
