About the role
The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules.
- Identify risk areas and apply bank policies and procedures to eliminate risks.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementation across branch systems.
- Engage with clients to deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate administrative functions.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong decision‑making, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
- Ability to handle complexity, monitor controls and maintain security awareness.
- Empathetic, compassionate and service‑oriented with good interpersonal skills.
