Service Associate – Bank Teller

About the role

The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports the branch’s business objectives through high‑quality customer interactions and efficient transaction processing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free cash and non‑cash transactions in line with the Business Center’s service standards.
• Maintain compliance with BSP, AMLA, and other external regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
• Assist with process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and enhancing their experience.
• Perform administrative duties delegated by the branch manager.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making ability, diligence, and effective time‑management skills.
• High level of security awareness and attention to detail.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and able to engage easily with people.
• Committed to service quality, accuracy, and organizational standards.
