Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate provides over‑the‑counter banking services to customers in the Business Center, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, error‑free teller services in line with the branch’s service standards.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, BSP and AML regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by applying bank policies and procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage customers professionally to provide an excellent service experience.
• Perform assigned administrative tasks with a systematic approach.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
• Strong monitoring and control skills with a high sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and able to engage easily with people.
• Committed to quality, accuracy, and service‑oriented performance.
