Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate provides over‑the‑counter banking services to customers in the Business Center, ensuring transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free, efficient teller services while meeting the Business Center’s service standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with internal policies, BSP and AML regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by applying bank policies and procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage customers professionally to provide an excellent service experience.
• Perform assigned administrative functions in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making ability, diligence, and effective time‑management skills.
• Good controlling and monitoring capabilities with a strong sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and able to engage easily with people.
• Committed to service quality, accuracy, and organizational standards.
