About the role
The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center. The role supports business objectives through excellent customer service while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver over‑the‑counter banking services efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.
- Identify risk areas and apply bank policies to eliminate risks.
- Maintain service standards such as acceptable wait times and turnaround times.
- Support process improvements and technology implementations across branch systems.
- Engage clients professionally to provide a superior customer experience.
- Perform assigned administrative functions in a systematic manner.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
- Strong controlling, monitoring, and security‑awareness skills.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and highly service‑oriented.
- Committed to quality, accuracy, and organizational standards.
