Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to bank customers in the Business Center. The role ensures strict compliance with internal policies, BSP and AML regulations, and contributes to the branch’s business objectives through high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, checks, and other transactions efficiently while maintaining error‑free records.
• Adhere to Service Standards such as line wait times, turnaround times, and transaction accuracy.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage with clients professionally to deliver an excellent banking experience.
• Perform assigned administrative duties in a systematic and organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to recognize and mitigate risk in line with bank policies.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented attitude.
• Awareness of security protocols and monitoring responsibilities.
