SEO & Web Content Specialist

About the role

Asiacruit is looking for an SEO & Web Content Specialist to develop and execute SEO strategies while creating high‑quality web content. The role supports marketing and product teams in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement on‑page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitive audits.
• Create, edit, and publish SEO‑optimized web content such as blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, and meta tags.
• Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to embed SEO best practices into site architecture and UX.
• Perform regular site audits (crawl, indexability, schema, page speed) and work with engineering to prioritize fixes.
• Monitor and report SEO performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication and optimization of evergreen and campaign content.
• Implement structured data (schema) and optimize internal linking, URL structure, and navigation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO and web content experience with proven traffic growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to tone, grammar, and SEO‑driven structure.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data, running A/B tests, and making data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
