SEO Specialist – Local Search & Google Business Profiles

About the role

We are looking for an analytical SEO Specialist focused on local search to join our remote team. You will manage multiple client accounts, optimizing Google Business Profiles and local directory listings to boost organic visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local SEO strategies that improve client rankings in map packs and organic results.
• Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles, local citations, and digital directory listings across numerous accounts.
• Conduct thorough local keyword research and implement on‑page optimization tailored to each market.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate actionable reports, and present insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices for local search.
• Collaborate with the SEO team and other departments to refine agency processes and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in local SEO and multi‑channel digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage several client accounts simultaneously in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required skills

• Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) management.
• Familiarity with industry‑standard SEO tools, audit software, and analytics platforms.
• Local keyword research and on‑page optimization techniques.
