SEO Specialist – AI Tools & Demand Generation

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who can blend traditional search optimisation with AI‑driven demand generation. You will uncover growth opportunities across Google, AI search, LinkedIn, niche directories and partner ecosystems, turning insights into high‑impact content and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth channels across Google, AI search, LinkedIn, directories, communities and niche sites.
• Research buyer intent, competitor SERPs, AI answers and market gaps.
• Design and run SEO, AEO, content, distribution and demand‑generation experiments.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) to accelerate research, ideation, briefing and automation.
• Create briefs for landing pages, service pages, comparison pages, integration pages, blog posts, calculators and checklists.
• Optimise existing content for ranking, conversion and clear buyer answers.
• Recommend internal linking, schema markup, on‑page and basic technical SEO improvements.
• Track performance with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar tools and report results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content marketing or growth marketing.
• Strong fundamentals in SEO and curiosity about AI‑search, featured snippets and zero‑click results.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini.
• Ability to use AI efficiently without compromising quality.
• Interest in unconventional growth tactics and rapid experimentation.
• Familiarity with WordPress; Elementor is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, schema and technical SEO.
• Clear communicator who can work independently and move fast.
