SEO Performance Manager – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Performance Manager to lead strategy, execution, and reporting for a portfolio of purpose‑driven clients. You will translate data insights into actionable recommendations and help organisations grow their online impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO strategy, implementation and performance reporting for up to 11 client accounts.
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering site health, crawlability, indexation, speed and JavaScript‑heavy sites.
• Perform in‑depth keyword research and create SEO‑ and GEO‑driven content outlines.
• Build, maintain and troubleshoot Looker Studio dashboards, integrating GA4 and Google Search Console data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional squads (content, digital performance, client success) and present findings directly to clients.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of dedicated SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client dashboards from day one.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into clear client recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with Semrush, Lumar and Screaming Frog.
• Expertise in Looker Studio dashboard creation.
• Strong command of GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Technical SEO skills: site health auditing, crawlability, indexation, site‑speed optimisation.
• Keyword research and SEO‑focused content planning.
