SEO Manager – Technical & AI Focus

About the role

Rocket Clicks is seeking an SEO Manager to lead senior execution and quality across client accounts. Reporting to the Director of SEO, you will own technical SEO, crawl and indexation analysis, AI workflow development, and mentorship of SEO Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO strategies for assigned family‑law firm clients.
• Conduct comprehensive technical audits covering crawl behavior, indexation, HTML structure, schema, and site architecture.
• Develop and maintain AI‑driven workflows, prompts, and custom tools to accelerate SEO tasks.
• Perform quality control of all deliverables to ensure accuracy and clean implementation.
• Mentor and review the work of SEO Specialists, fostering continuous improvement.
• Investigate ranking drops or indexing issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.

Required profile

• Well‑rounded SEO professional with strong technical expertise.
• Independent problem‑solver who can diagnose and resolve complex SEO issues.
• Fluent with modern AI tools and capable of building reusable workflows.
• Comfortable reading source code and interpreting crawl data.
• Ability to guide junior team members while strategy remains with the Director of SEO.
