SEO Manager (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic SEO Manager to lead our organic search initiatives. In this role you will develop and execute SEO strategies that boost visibility, traffic, and conversions across our digital properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, tracking rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Identify technical SEO issues, coordinate fixes with development teams, and ensure site health.
• Produce regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
