SEO & Growth Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a detail‑oriented SEO & Growth Assistant to help drive organic traffic and improve website performance for its eCommerce operations. This fully remote, permanent position offers the chance to work with data, support content strategies, and contribute to measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on‑page optimization.
• Support content improvements to boost visibility and search rankings.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and SEO platforms such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Assist with backlink outreach and track link‑building efforts.
• Help manage site structure, product pages, and Shopify SEO updates.
• Analyze performance data and prepare clear, actionable reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO trends and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
• Clear written communication and comfortable collaborating with remote teams.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment.
