SEO Consultant – Philippines

About the role

OMG, Australia’s largest independent digital marketing agency, is looking for an experienced SEO Consultant to join its growing team. Based in the Philippines, you will work on high‑impact campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them achieve measurable search performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise SEO campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, clients and external agencies.
• Analyse search performance, run client training workshops and provide regular performance reviews.
• Track campaign progress, adjust strategies proactively and deliver ad‑hoc analytics reports.
• Set up analytics and tracking for multi‑channel search initiatives, defining KPIs and measuring results.
• Gather data using tools such as Screaming Frog, Deepcrawl, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Search Console, Ahrefs and Google Keyword Planner.
• Create content distribution strategies across earned and owned media.
• Provide creative recommendations to improve SEO and integrated campaign performance.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and produce presentation‑ready reporting with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, integrated marketing and multi‑channel concepts.
• Proven ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Excellent self‑management, prioritisation and project‑budgeting skills.
• Soft‑skill competencies in project management, communication and conflict resolution.
