Senior Tax Accountant

About the role

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to ensure full compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations in the assigned country. You will manage end‑to‑end tax preparation, filing, and liaison with tax authorities while supporting the Finance team in optimizing tax positions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file all statutory tax returns (income tax, withholding tax, VAT/GST, etc.) within deadlines.
• Maintain organized tax records, schedules and supporting documentation.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the organization.
• Serve as primary contact with national tax authorities, handling audits, assessments and inquiries.
• Obtain and maintain required tax certifications, registrations and clearances.
• Ensure compliance with incentive‑zone and special‑regime requirements, tracking tax holidays and preferential rates.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of local tax frameworks and regulatory bodies.
• Proven experience in multi‑jurisdictional or incentive‑zone tax compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Required skills

• Tax compliance and filing expertise.
• Understanding of VAT/GST, withholding tax and corporate income tax.
• Experience liaising with tax authorities and managing tax audits.
• Familiarity with incentive‑zone regulations and reporting.
