Senior Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Systems Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our workstation, server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint environments. The role acts as a senior escalation point and provides advanced infrastructure support across a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation for complex workstation, server, network, application, and access issues.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
• Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and manage the full endpoint lifecycle.
• Maintain Windows Server services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
• Monitor server health, performance, patching, upgrades, and backup/recovery processes.
• Manage Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID) and handle user provisioning, licensing, MFA, Conditional Access, and device compliance.
• Document procedures, SOPs, and knowledge‑base articles; identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or senior IT support.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex OS, application, networking, hardware, and infrastructure problems.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable supporting a global user base with overlap to U.S. business hours.
