Senior Systems Administrator (Endpoint Management)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator specialized in endpoint management to join our IT team in Quezon City. The role focuses on configuring, packaging, and supporting user devices across the organization, ensuring reliable and secure operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of endpoints, including imaging, software packaging, and deployment.
• Configure and maintain client software settings using Active Directory Group Policy, Ivanti EPM, Microsoft Intune, or JAMF.
• Provide tier‑2 support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with senior management and non‑technical stakeholders to communicate technical solutions and policies.
• Monitor and enforce security and compliance standards on all managed devices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in endpoint management, software packaging, and user support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Willingness to work graveyard shifts and operate in a hybrid work environment.

Required skills

• Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) or comparable solution.
• Microsoft Intune.
• JAMF for macOS device management.
