Senior Support Specialist - Power BI, Power Automate & Archer

About the role

Manulife's Global Archer Services team is looking for a Senior Support Specialist to support Global Risk within the Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function. The role combines business process documentation, dashboards and Power Automate, Archer support and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Document business processes clearly and precisely, capturing workflows and procedures.
• Create dashboards in Power BI and use Power Automate to develop application solutions.
• Use Visio to draw detailed flow charts that show processes and controls.
• Provide admin support to end users and run UAT and production testing.
• Help reengineer existing processes through automation and AI.

Required profile

• 4-6+ years of experience in operational risk, business continuity, risk management, controls, audit or related governance functions.
• Strong understanding of OSFI E-21 / BCM, including crisis, incident, disaster recovery and third-party risk management.
• Experience with RSA Archer administration, user access and security management, and data quality monitoring.
• Knowledge of financial services and insurance operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence and independent work with minimal supervision.
