Senior Software Project Manager

About the role

Infor is looking for a Senior Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cloud‑based software initiatives within the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) organization in Manila. The role starts with a focus on release management and readiness, then expands to broader delivery coordination across globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end software project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and outcomes are met.
• Drive release planning, coordination, and execution across SIT, UAT, staging, and production environments.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
• Act as the central coordination point for engineering, QA, product, and operations teams, managing risks, blockers, and decisions.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance standards are applied throughout delivery and release cycles.
• Oversee production readiness, real‑time issue management, and post‑release stabilization.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading software delivery in a distributed, cloud‑based environment.
• Strong ownership, structured execution, and ability to create clarity across multiple teams and regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑alignment skills.
