Senior SEO Team Leader – Remote (Latin America/Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Team Leader to drive elite‑level SEO strategy for high‑value home service clients while elevating a team of five specialists. This remote, full‑time position reports directly to the founder and focuses on rebuilding processes, documenting best practices, and delivering measurable lead growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage approximately 10 high‑value client accounts, designing and executing comprehensive local SEO strategies.
• Conduct technical audits using Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Sitebulb, and resolve crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, and site speed issues.
• Perform local keyword research, competitive analysis, and optimize Google Business Profiles for local dominance.
• Develop and maintain Looker Studio dashboards, monitor Google Search Console and GA4 data, and implement conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of 5 SEO specialists, providing feedback, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the founder to overhaul roughly 50% of existing SEO processes and create detailed SOPs.
