Senior SEO & AEO Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

GrowthAssistant is seeking a Senior SEO & AEO Specialist to lead organic growth for its AI‑powered productivity platform. This fully remote position focuses on both traditional search engine optimization and the emerging field of Answer‑Engine Optimization, driving traffic, citations, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword and AEO research to identify high‑impact search terms and AI prompts.
• Build and maintain a keyword‑to‑content map and editorial calendar, preventing cannibalisation.
• Produce and edit SEO/AEO‑optimized blog posts and pages with clear entities and structured answers.
• Implement on‑page and structured‑data best practices, including meta tags, internal linking, and schema/JSON‑LD.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, indexation health, and AI citations using Google Search Console and a dedicated AEO tool.
• Analyse performance metrics and iterate strategies based on data insights.
• Work directly with the existing tech stack: Contentful (headless CMS), Google Search Console, and the AEO monitoring platform.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Demonstrated curiosity and early exposure to AEO/GEO concepts.
• Proven ability to own strategy end‑to‑end, from research to iteration.
• Strong critical‑thinking and independent execution skills.
