Senior SAP PaPM Consultant

About the role

EY is expanding its Tax Intelligence Hub in the Philippines and seeks a Senior SAP PaPM Consultant to lead the design and delivery of profitability and performance management solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development, configuration, testing, implementation and enhancement of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design comprehensive solutions and ensure successful delivery.
• Proactively resolve issues, propose improvements and maintain high client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of hands‑on experience implementing SAP PaPM (cloud experience a plus).
• Ability to translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, processes and data structures.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, cross‑cultural teams across multiple time zones, focusing on delivery within Central European time.
