Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its Business Application Consulting team in Makati. In this role you will work with clients to analyse requirements, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional leads, developers and architects to understand client requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop, test and deploy Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and Lightning Web Components.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Assist with release cycles, perform code reviews, troubleshoot bugs and maintain application security and integrity.
• Produce technical documentation and provide recommendations aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a consulting environment.
• Strong ability to work in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, proactive problem‑solving and continuous learning.
