Senior Sales Manager

About the role

Megaworld Corporation is seeking an on‑site Senior Sales Manager to lead its residential and mixed‑use projects in General Trias. The role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching a high‑performing team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for real‑estate projects.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, monitoring pipelines and preparing accurate forecasts.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation through closing.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and project development to align initiatives with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales management with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong background in sales planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Solid understanding of the Cavite and surrounding real‑estate market; experience with high‑rise or township projects is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field; advanced sales or real‑estate certifications are advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in General Trias, including weekends or extended hours as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint or similar presentation software.
