Senior RPA Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join a French client that manufactures glasses and works with opticians. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions that improve vision‑related processes while supporting the client’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, document and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Write, test, and maintain automation scripts, handling exceptions and data manipulation.
• Integrate RPA bots with existing systems and applications, working closely with development teams.
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality before deployment.
• Produce detailed documentation and monitor service deliverables.
• Track project progress, manage risks and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development or automation experience, with at least 3 years in UiPath development.
• Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days remote.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, OneDrive).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder interaction.

What we offer

• Salary: 90,000 – 100,000 PHP per month
• Monthly transportation allowance of 4,000 PHP
