Senior Reference File Maintainer - Pharmaceutical Products

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Senior Reference File Maintainer in Taguig City to maintain pharmaceutical product data in its US database. The role covers daily maintenance of the product database, analysis and resolution of exceptions, and liaison with clients and the Manila Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the database integrity of pharmaceutical products and investigate, add and maintain product records.
• Perform daily and weekly DDD/PCR bridging, implement changes to fix product mis-bridges, and use tools such as outlier identification to resolve complex database anomalies.
• Respond to client data inquiries via remote client access, using PC and mainframe tools, and provide written updates on issue status and resolution.
• Coordinate with the team lead and local office counterparts, and liaise with internal IQVIA departments to validate and correct database issues.
• Follow the standard escalation process, meet client service level agreements and team metrics, and provide timely, accurate reports.
• Complete basic data analysis, guide clients, and possibly carry out proactive analysis of key client pharmaceutical products.

Required profile

• Pharmacist with clinical background.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong problem-solving, business analytical and organizational skills, and excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to handle large amounts of data and to communicate tactfully with clients by email.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PC application software such as Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint is essential.
• Understanding of complex database processes and mainframe tools used for inquiry resolution.
