Senior Property Manager

About the role

StaffRight is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a team of junior managers and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of residential and commercial properties. This remote position works on U.S. time zones and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and guide junior on‑site property managers, ensuring best practices.
• Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals and resolve escalated issues.
• Manage leasing activities, including advertising, showings, applicant screening and lease drafting.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations and handle disputes.
• Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance, repairs and larger renovation projects.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and operational improvements.
• Track financial performance, draft budgets, monitor actuals and devise strategies to maximize outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proven experience in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management.
• Previous experience managing or leading a property‑management team.
• Availability to work in U.S. time zones and start within two weeks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property‑management software.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Comfort with time‑tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
