Senior Project Manager

About the role

Haskell Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and direct project teams on large and complex construction projects across the Philippines. The role requires a proven track record of delivering successful projects, strong safety and quality focus, and the flexibility to work at various sites as business needs dictate.

Key responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality – monitor progress, enforce safety policies, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Document Control – manage submittals, RFIs, drawing updates, meeting minutes, as‑built and redline drawings.
• Scheduling – develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Financial Management – control project costs, prepare cost reports, manage invoicing, cash flow, and subcontractor payments.
• Procurement and Commitments – create procurement strategies, evaluate bids, qualify subcontractors, and award contracts.
• Estimating – prepare detailed cost estimates and maintain cost control systems.
• Project Lifecycle Management – define scope, set vision for the team, and oversee project execution from start to close.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading construction project teams and delivering large, complex projects.
• Proven ability to enforce safety and quality standards on site.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and cash‑flow management.
• Excellent procurement and contract management skills, including risk mitigation.
• Willingness to relocate or travel frequently based on project requirements.
