Senior Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead the development of high‑end architectural projects for our clients in Ontario. The role involves overseeing design, documentation, and construction phases while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and design details for a variety of project types.
• Develop architectural presentation materials such as renderings, boards, and booklets.
• Coordinate with active construction sites to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Apply knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (Parts 3 and 9) throughout project delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5‑10 years of professional experience on architectural projects in Ontario.
• Eligibility for Intern status with the Ontario Association of Architects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑driven attitude with a strong focus on client‑oriented results.
