Senior Product Manager

About the role

Pulse iD is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI‑powered loyalty and rewards solutions for financial institutions and merchants. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of product delivery, from requirement definition to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize functional, technical, and UX requirements.
• Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.
• Facilitate workshops and document product requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess performance and drive optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of product management, product ownership, or business analysis experience in a technology‑driven software environment.
• Proven track record managing complex digital products with multiple stakeholders and technical dependencies.
• Experience in FinTech, digital banking, payments, credit‑card platforms, loyalty/rewards, e‑commerce, or AI‑driven personalization.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and ability to influence cross‑functional decisions.

Required skills

• Product management practices: roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, user story creation, backlog management, Agile delivery.
• Hands‑on experience working with engineering, architects, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and recommendation/personalisation concepts.
