Senior Procurement Officer – Food Category

About the role

The Senior Procurement Officer will work closely with the Category Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies for the food category, ensuring alignment with Jollibee Foods Corporation’s procurement policies. This hybrid position is based in Ortigas, Pasig and focuses on building a resilient, cost‑effective supplier network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable category plans.
• Optimize the supply base by assimilating market knowledge, conducting analyses, and applying findings.
• Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including accreditation, onboarding, performance monitoring, and phase‑out.
• Ensure local sourcing practices comply with corporate procurement policies.
• Collaborate with the procurement leadership team to propose and implement process improvements.
• Partner with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders to drive cost leadership and supply resiliency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with demonstrated knowledge of the food value chain.
• Prior exposure to category management, procurement, engineering, or operational environments is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to support multidisciplinary, project‑led teams.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
