Senior Procure-to-Pay Analyst (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Senior Procure-to-Pay Analyst who is fluent in Spanish to join its global finance team. You will work closely with clients to manage end‑to‑end P2P processes, ensuring timely invoice processing, accurate payments, and compliance with agreed SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor master‑data creation, updates, and quality checks.
• Receive, validate, sort, and record invoices from multiple sources.
• Process invoices, handle exceptions, and ensure on‑time payments.
• Perform query management, reconciliation, and risk mitigation activities.
• Support month‑end closing, travel & expense processing, and reporting/analytics.
• Maintain strong relationships with client personnel and internal IBM teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce invoice cycle time.

Required profile

• Experience in process improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
