About the role

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations in the Philippines. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on optimizing workflows, maintaining quality standards, and driving performance across revenue cycle management and risk adjustment services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure targets are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross‑functional teams.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance quality and compliance standards.
• Implement strategic initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to align on organizational goals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare operations.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and team‑management abilities.
• Proven track record in process design, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
