Senior Mobile Software Engineer (React Native & Flutter)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer with deep expertise in both React Native and Flutter. In this role you will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality cross‑platform mobile applications while guiding technical decisions and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
• Lead technical design discussions and enforce code quality through best practices and code reviews.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of mobile application development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
