Senior Marketing Manager (Philippines)

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead Uniqlo’s growth in the Philippines by shaping brand strategy, driving customer acquisition, and overseeing integrated marketing initiatives. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams and the global headquarters to align local execution with the Life Wear concept.

Key responsibilities

• Build a strong brand position in the Philippines based on the Life Wear concept and increase top‑of‑mind awareness through brand campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer acquisition.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and e‑commerce insights to inform business planning and merchandising strategies.
• Develop strategic merchandising plans on weekly, monthly, and annual cycles to boost product visibility and sales.
• Design and launch promotional programs that drive foot traffic to key stores and expand market share in major cities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandise Planning, and other departments to create and execute weekly, monthly, and annual business plans targeting sales and gross profit goals.
• Establish relationships with local government, business communities, and other stakeholders to support sustainability initiatives.
• Create and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably at a senior manager level.
• Proven leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on driving business growth and profitability.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and passion for brand development.
