Senior Manager VMD Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Global Vendor Master Data (VMD) organization. Based in Taguig, Philippines, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of VMD operations across multiple markets, ensuring compliance, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full VMD delivery lifecycle across markets, meeting SLA, KPI and compliance targets.
• Act as senior point of contact for Finance, Treasury, Procurement and Business Units, driving cross‑functional collaboration.
• Develop and enforce standardized VMD processes, SOPs, controls and governance frameworks.
• Lead a multi‑layered team of Cluster Leads, Market SMEs and Specialists, managing resource allocation and talent development.
• Oversee audit readiness, compliance reviews and reporting for VMD activities.
• Identify and implement automation, AI and digital solutions to streamline VMD processes and support NextGen Payments initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in global procurement or vendor master data management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, sourcing and treasury functions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process standardization, governance and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing multi‑regional teams and developing talent.
• Solid understanding of tax, statutory and audit requirements in a multinational context.
