Senior Manager, Test Engineering, Product Development

About the role

Analog Devices' Data Centre & Energy (DCE) High Voltage and Protection PTE organization is looking for a Senior Test Engineering Manager to join its leadership team and lead a growing global engineering organization. Reporting to the DCE HVP-PTE Manager, the role builds and develops a high-performing team supporting new product development, design evaluation, validation, test development and manufacturing readiness for the high-voltage and protection product portfolio. It combines technical and people leadership, working with global Design, Product, Reliability and Operations teams, and focuses on developing engineering talent, improving development efficiency and delivering robust solutions for AI infrastructure, Data Centre and Energy markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team supporting new product development, design evaluation, validation, product engineering and test development.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Reliability and Operations teams to define and execute product development and manufacturing readiness strategies.
• Drive silicon validation, characterization, qualification and production test solutions for the power and protection product portfolio.
• Lead resolution of complex technical, product, test and manufacturing challenges through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage project priorities, resources and schedules to deliver product development milestones.
• Recruit, mentor and develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Support global manufacturing operations to improve yield, quality, reliability and time-to-market.
• Champion engineering best practices, automation and reusable solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• BSEE/MSEE in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• At least 10+ years of product development experience with proven leadership capabilities and a passion for developing people.
• Extensive experience in product development, validation, test, product engineering or related disciplines, with a track record of building and leading engineering teams.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced global environment.
• Willingness to travel about 10% of the time; shift type is 1st shift/days.
