About the role

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process for multiple client sites in the Philippines. Reporting to senior leadership, this hands‑on manager ensures that hiring goals are met, pipelines are robust, and recruitment teams operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Attend site meetings to gather recruitment requirements and validate hiring targets.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Sourcing Manager to document project insights and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Supervise Talent Scouts, reviewing pre‑screening responses, assessment results, and offer letters for compliance.
• Provide day‑to‑day assistance to recruiting teams on backend activities and ensure daily quota achievement.
• Train recruiters on effective interviewing techniques and offer negotiation.
• Enforce standardized recruitment processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead strategy and execution of back‑end recruitment activities with KPI tracking.
• Partner with cross‑functional managers to support high‑volume hiring periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of managing high‑volume hiring teams.
• Strong background in leading metrics‑driven recruiting operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale recruitment projects to successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
