About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Internal Audit practice in Makati. In this role you will help clients understand their objectives, regulatory environment and risk landscape, and support them in building robust controls and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements, addressing complex business issues from strategy through execution.
- Provide coaching and foster inclusive discussions, encouraging input from all team members.
- Navigate ambiguous problems, develop proactive solutions and anticipate stakeholder needs.
- Contribute technical knowledge in internal audit and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross‑border and diverse teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience leading internal audit or assurance engagements.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, unstructured environments and deliver clear recommendations.
- Commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional development.
