Senior Manager, Global Media and Digital

About the role

The Senior Manager, Global Media and Digital will lead regional media and digital initiatives that support the overall marketing strategies across multiple markets. This role partners with regional brand teams to design and execute multi‑market projects, manage media buying, and drive ecommerce performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional brand marketing team to define strategies and execute multi‑market projects.
• Co‑lead media and digital planning and buying in Vietnam, Indonesia and Myanmar.
• Drive regional Joint Business Plan (JBP) value creation and distribution.
• Spearhead execution of the 3–5 year MDM OGSM roadmap.
• Manage ecommerce planning and buying for BCG‑PH and URCI.
• Define and implement measurement frameworks and ensure adherence to strategic media principles across all channels.
• Lead regional negotiations and initiatives with partners and build performance frameworks.
• Establish sourcing best practices and develop media and digital capabilities across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in media, preferably within an FMCG environment.
