Senior IT Support Specialist (Remote - Hybrid)

About the role

MySigrid is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and to maintain a robust, scalable IT environment. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless technology experiences for our executive assistance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for advanced hardware, software, and network problems beyond Level 1 support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, macOS, and enterprise applications with minimal supervision.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise network infrastructure, servers, and cloud‑based platforms.
• Lead device provisioning, remote‑work tool deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee system backups, security patches, software updates, and routine maintenance schedules.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and the Admin Center.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate account provisioning and access control.
• Design and maintain automation workflows for IT operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level IT support or help‑desk roles.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes and implement permanent fixes.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
