Senior iOS Engineer

About the role

CoStar Group is looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to design and build high‑quality, scalable mobile applications that power our real‑estate technology platform. You will work in a collaborative environment, mentor junior engineers, and own the full lifecycle of services from design to operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable iOS applications using modern engineering practices.
• Write, review, and architect clean Swift code, applying SwiftUI or UIKit as appropriate.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them to reduce technical debt.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their growth.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver features.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, handle incidents, and improve system reliability.

Required profile

• Strong iOS development experience with Swift.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience building offline‑first, high‑traffic mobile applications.
