About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior HR Associate to join its Integrated Talent Management Unit (ITMU) within the Department of Human Resources. The role focuses on learning solutions for the Staff Development and Learning (SDL) team, supporting the professional development needs of IOM staff worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of learning content and solutions for the SDL team and other IOM initiatives.
- Work under the functional supervision of the Human Resources Officer at Headquarters and the administrative supervision of the National Human Resources Officer in Manila.

- Fixed‑term contract of one year, with the possibility of extension.
- Net annual salary of PHP 1,025,043.00.
