Senior Frontend Developer – React & Next.js (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to work on a French client’s vision‑improvement platform. You will design, develop, and test complex web modules using modern React and Next.js technologies while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test complex frontend modules aligned with business requirements.
• Troubleshoot critical system issues and implement scalable solutions to ensure performance and stability.
• Review code to enforce best practices, high quality, and long‑term maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Document system architecture, processes, and updates for clarity and compliance.
• Lead specific segments of large projects, ensuring alignment with overall architecture and objectives.
• Coordinate closely with clients, team leads, and cross‑functional teams for successful delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience with a focus on frontend architecture and technical leadership.
• Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days remote.
• Advanced proficiency in Next.js and React.js for building modern, scalable applications.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
• Knowledge of system architecture design patterns and documentation standards.
• Leadership abilities to mentor and support development teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

What we offer

• Salary: 80,000 – 90,000 PHP per month
• Monthly transportation allowance of 4,000 PHP
