Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance function, shape strategic financial planning, and ensure rigorous compliance. The role reports directly to executive leadership and acts as a key advisor on all major financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive business plans and long‑term financial forecasts.
• Monitor industry trends, produce detailed financial reports, and advise senior management.
• Lead the finance department by creating and refining policies, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance of the finance team.
• Manage the company‑wide budgeting process and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Supervise quarterly and annual account reconciliations, enforce tax and reporting compliance, and oversee cash‑flow forecasting.
• Serve as the primary liaison with employees, stakeholders, and investors to resolve financial issues and maintain transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Active CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge and hands‑on experience with modern accounting software and ERP systems.
