Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

WSA is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to work closely with the Finance Controller in supporting manufacturing finance, reporting, costing and operational decision‑making. The role provides hands‑on exposure to the company’s production processes and includes structured training to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Controller with monthly financial reports, performance dashboards, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Drive product costing activities, including standard cost roll, inventory cycle counts, WIP counts and fixed‑asset control.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance and year‑end audit requirements for the Philippine entity.
• Coordinate with the outsourced accounting team to ensure accurate month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing across R2R, P2P and O2C processes.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Quality and Operations teams to deliver financial insights for business decisions and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, strengthen controls and optimise operational costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Philippine tax compliance, VAT and statutory reporting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory controls and general accounting principles.
